Kids twelve and under are welcome at Cheat Fest for Free! And, the Kid’s Tent is their home planet to learn skills, craft with up-cycled materials, and meet friends. This year our theme is “Out of This World”, and we’re planning all sorts of extra-terrestrial treasures for the young ones — kids can look forward to AMD tie dye, alien crafts, giant bubbles, a scavenger hunt and more. Kid’s Tent activities will end with the famous Kid’s Parade!

Kid’s Tent Schedule:
11:30-4:30: AMD Tie-Dye: Tie-dye using the metallic effluent known as acid mine drainage that colors the waters in the Cheat orange.
11:30-4:30: Upcycled alien crafts: toilet paper roll rocketships, galaxy egg cartons, alien paper masks, & headbands, upcycled UFOs, comets & more!
1:00-4:00 : Giant Bubbles
12:00-4:30: Scavenger Hunt
4:30-5:00: Kids Parade
