The Cheat River Festival is located just north of Albright, WV, on Route 26.

Parking is available adjacent to the festival grounds. Follow the signs!

From points east: Follow I-68 West toward Morgantown. Take Exit 23, Bruceton Mills. Turn left onto Route 26 South, and follow for approximately 10 miles. The festival site is located on the right, just south of the Teter’s Campground entrance sign. If you reach the Albright Exxon Station and Kwik Stop, you have gone to far.

From points west: Follow I-68 East toward Cumberland. Take exit 23, Bruceton Mills. Turn right onto Route 26 South, and follow for approximately 10 miles. The festival site is located on the right, just south of the Teter’s Campground entrance. If you reach the Albright Exxon Station and Kwik Stop, you have gone to far.

From Kingwood, WV: From Route 7, take Route 26 North approximately 4 miles. The festival site is located on the left, just before the Teter’s Campground sign.

The above directions are for the public parking area at the Cheat River Festival grounds and the public put-in for the Cheat Canyon/Down River Race. 

For Back Gate access (musicians, vendors, volunteers, art market, non profit),  turn onto Beech Run Road at the Teter’s Campground sign and turn left before the bridge into Friends of the Cheat Campground.
