$230 on time
$250 late payment

2026 Vendor Application Timeline

February 22nd – Application due date
March 1st – Invitations and payment information sent to selected vendors
March 15th – Payment Due ($230)
March 22nd – Late payment due if vendor did not meet the March 15th deadline. ($250)
March 25th – Vendors on the waiting list will be offered the spots for which payment has not been received.
March 31st – Waitlist payments due

April 1st – No refunds after this date

Vendor Perks:
2 Festival passes & on-site camping for 2
1 on-site parking pass

Payment options will be emailed to you after you have been selected as a vendor by Cheat Fest staff.

Cheat Fest is a family-friendly event and we reserve the right to refuse vendors representing unsuitable items. This year we are not accepting vendors on a rolling basis, instead we have one due date. After this date we will select from the pool of applicants to create the best experience for guests.
